About The M-Pad

The M-Pad is building a new standard in menstrual care—products designed for real cycles and real bodies.

For decades, most menstrual products have been designed around a narrow definition of the “average” cycle. Yet millions of people experience menstrual patterns shaped by hormonal conditions such as PCOS, fibroids, and endometriosis. These conditions can lead to heavier bleeding, irregular cycles, inflammation, and heightened skin sensitivity, but few menstrual care products are engineered to support those realities.

The M-Pad was created to change that.

Our products are designed with performance, safety, and inclusivity at the center. Made with certified organic cotton and breathable materials, The M-Pad prioritizes high absorbency, skin comfort, and anatomical designs that work for a wider range of bodies. By combining medical insight, consumer research, and lived experience, we are building menstrual care products that better reflect the real experiences of people living with complex cycles.

At its core, The M-Pad is more than a product company. We are part of a growing movement to bring greater attention to menstrual health, hormonal conditions, and reproductive equity. Too often, the needs of people living with chronic reproductive conditions—particularly Black women and plus-size individuals—have been overlooked in both healthcare and consumer product design.

We believe menstrual care should be safe, thoughtful, and responsive to the people who rely on it every month.

By starting with those whose needs have been ignored the longest, we are working to build menstrual care that works better for everyone.
